How do I export my inventory to Whatnot?

Add items in Shelf-Snap, then tap "Export" to generate a Whatnot-ready CSV. Upload the CSV directly to your Whatnot seller dashboard.

What's the difference between free and Pro?

Free accounts can hold up to 50 active listings (10 per batch) and run 2 CSV exports per month (up to 15 items each). Pro ($9.99/month or $107.99/year) unlocks unlimited exports, up to 8 photos per item, and advanced inventory features.

How do I cancel my subscription?

On iPhone: open the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Shelf-Snap, then Cancel Subscription. Your Pro access continues until the end of your billing period. On Android: open the Google Play Store app, tap your profile icon, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions, then Shelf-Snap, then Cancel subscription.

Can I use Shelf-Snap on iPad?

Shelf-Snap is optimized for phones — iPhone and Android. iPad users can install via the App Store, but the experience is designed for mobile-first inventory capture.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds are handled by the store you bought from. On iPhone, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, request it through Google Play — see Google Play's refund help.

Is my data secure?

Yes. Shelf-Snap uses industry-standard encryption. Your inventory data is stored securely and never shared with third parties.

How do I delete my account?

You can request deletion of your account and all of its data at any time — see Delete your account for what gets removed and how long it takes. In-app one-tap deletion is coming in a future update.
